"Fresh" in London

For four weeks in London (from June 20 to July 20) everyone, or almost everyone, will be talking about architecture. Around 200,000 expected visitors will have the entire city at their disposal along with over 300 events ranging from debates, exhibitions, tours and installations that take a look at what’s “fresh” as the title suggests.
Among the more light-hearted initiatives is an architectural jelly competition (which will culminate on July 4 with a banquet and charity auction) organised by Bompas & Parr. Italy will be represented with “Sustainab.Italy”, 41 projects which seem to suggest that environmental sustainability is very much part of the DNA of a new generation of architects (on show in Viabizzuno’s London showroom).
